175.4 so I beat todays goal by .6 which really pumps me up.
next goal is 173 by next Tuesday. It's definitely possible, I just can't fuck up and have to stick to my plan/schedule.
of course things can up last night and so I had to push blogger time back... again :/ But someday soon i'm going to catch up on everyone's life
So I ran 1.4 miles yesterday, and kinda died... which is sad but I think that it had to do with the weather, it was about 25 degrees cooler outside than the last time I ran, so that may explain it.
The workout plan for this week is:
Today: "hopefully" run sometime between work and class. I get out of work at 10:30and class doesn't start till 6, but I have to see my adviser, get my ID for one of the colleges i'm taking classes at, and print out a bunch of stuff for classes, and then work on my 3 online classes... so we'll see what happens.
Wednesday:RUN 2 miles min.
Thursday:Swim 2 miles maybe run
Friday:Swim 2 miles maybe run
gahhh I just want to be at 174, then in the 160's ASAP.
the sooner I hit 163, the happier I'll be...
so sad that I'm kinda happy at 163 right?? sighhh.
I've decided I'm passing right through it this time tho, I want to see 135 again... and I've always talked about seeing it, but I've never made it there in my weight escapades...ha
mmmk, off to work.
