Good Morning :]

So I was 169 again this morning, which is still wayyyy better than seeing the 170's so I truly can't complain. Work was cancelled due to thunderstorms, thank the lord.
Had my oatmeal with blueberries and almonds for breakfast: around 200 calories and then biked to and from work, and really pushed myself which burnt around 220 cals ish? SO Im doing good for today.

Also thanks for all the lovely supportive comments and for all the advice :]
Im definitely going to be working out A LOT more once my ankle fully heals which should be like a week, and when im not sick anymore.
I think a good goal for me for swimming right now is probably like 2 miles a day? Just because im getting going again. So 3000 meters, long course no biggie. SHOULD be able to do that. And Im going to be using that gym pass again as well... lol

I've been doing a lot of research on caloric intake and what not. I ended up reading a few blogs on calorie counter .com about how people have lost weight on a 1200 cal diet vs. for example, 800 cals. SO I may have to try that out. Im only going to be eating mostly raw/healthy foods. But im not going to be as concerned on the actually numbers of calories. Just the portion size, and the content in the food.

If this doesnt work out... i'll go back to restricting heavier. I think what gets me the most is the fact that I should be eating around 2200 according to BMR + exercise, which really worries me... if Im supposed to eat that much to maintain... then WTF is this maintenance at 800?? idk... I m actually pretty happy with my body right now... ish. Like obviously not 100% but its not horrible. I know Im supposed to weight slightly more than people my height and size just because I always have since I was born (meaning I always have looked like I weight less than I do) BUT STILL.... I should be in the 140's no prob...

Alright, I love you all and your endless support.
Good luck this week with all of your goals, and thanks again for reading :]

Love,
Lilah
