I accidentally lied to you guys ;/ lol

Ok, so I recently told you guys I lost 11 pounds in a week, well the truth is that I lost 11 pounds since I started losing at 181.5, I start this blog a week ago at 179 SO technically I only lost 8.5 pounds WHICH IM STILL HAPPY WITH! but, yes Im defiantly going to be eating a little bif more now that I lost the first 11 pounds, I REALLY don't want to go into starvation mode, that would be bad lol So This week my diet plan is going to be to up the cals a little bit say 700-1000 and try to eat small portions but through out the day and still eat super healthy, I might alternate some days where I eat less, but im REALLY trying to keep my metabolism up!

Alright, so last night babysitter, I made 50 bucks is 7 hours and it doesnt even feel like work cause i love the kids so much. I wish I remembered what the 7 year old says because he is sooooooo funny well, I have this app on my Ipod called G-spot lol... its a Global positions system satellite thing... so the kid goes whats G Spot like serious 5 times... im trying to to laugh, oh cry from laughing haha... So then we walk down to my house because im giving him a skateboard from like 10 years agi, and he meets my parents and cats... on the way out he goes your parents must be really proud of you. i was like why?? haha he goes for being a nice babysitter ahahahahaha this kid is adorable!!! I hope I have one like him someday lol

Anyways, food yesterday,
2 pieces of toast with jelly: about 220 I think
banana:90
yogurt:60
chewy bar:100
I went to baby sit and ate a shit ton of grapes ahaha so im guessing like 200 cals? haha
and then DUN DUN DUN... I have to make popcorn chicken for the kids, basically chicken nuggets... Im not sure if i have expressed my feelings of chicken nuggets to you guys yet? Basically take your favoirte foodand times it by infinity... thats how much I love them... so im cooking them... looing at the bag 7 for 180, not bad AT ALL so then of course i keep talking myself into ok well maybe I can limit myself to 200...300...350? ahahaha so I end up eating like 15 of them lol around 385 cals AND LET ME TELL YOU! worth every single calorie haha... I dont even feel bad because I had suck a fantastic week that I feel like i deserve a reward haha
ALSO! I hopped on the elliptical while the kids were outside playing( its okay, the parents said I don't have to go out with them, we live on a fairly safe block) So I only get like 7.5 mins in but thats 2 miles so HEY 77 cals... its something hahaha

Alright... So i leave.. go to this party AMAZING house, my friend who lives about 20 mins away, went to high school with brad and college last year with me... everyone is wasted... high... it was just wayy too funny seeing this tha tI didnt even want to drink... BUT I drove after I babysat so I couldnt haha.. and all I drank their was diet pepsi and water!! :D and some gum haha
But like wayyy too much diet pepsi for me that lat at night haha... So i was up till 8:30am... of course haha

So we go back to brads, I eat 2 pieces of ham, about a handful of corn flakes and a few pieces of captain crunch, just beauce brad said I looked sad and I bought him the CC when he was sick haha... So those little crunch berries are AMAZING taste like candy and only 100 cals for 3/4 cup!

So im going to estimate that was about only 50 cals? the ham is realllly good for you (4 pieces=50 cals)

So total for day approx:905+gum around 920? So I still did great! Although I think I ate like most of it 11 and later hahaha

SO this morning I weighed 170.5...no gain, no lose, I ate good, no complaints!! A mean I REALLY waned to see the 60's today but no biggie! My goal was 169 by monday so I think I should possibly be able to hit it :D (if I don't eat wayyyyy to much at the graduation party im going to, and drink wayyyy too much haha... basically when I drink, I binge, no matter if im on a diet or not lol!)

I feel like I have sooo much more to tell you but i just cant think right now!! im sooo proud of Wilted Rose and Frenzy!! (links are in the sidebar) They are doing soooo great!!! and I loce getting to know them!! They are both beautiful girls with awesome attitudes! I think part of the whole weight loss/diet thing is that you HAVE to stay positive, if you let yourself get too obsessed, or depressed it's going to over take your life and we won't have an awesome summer. So lets just stay positive! This is how I think about it, If I don't like what I see in the mirror I just say hey!! at least I look better than a week ago!! :D haha And I really did like what i saw in the mirror this morning!! although.. I think I didnt drink enough water yesterday and it was around 85 so I think Im dehydrated and all the pepsi def didnt help with that!! So I think that Im a little bloated from that... but that could just be an excuse! hahaha

So! Breakfast(well Im eating this at like 3 oclock cause I woke up sooo late ahahah)
2 apple cinnamon rice cakes 50 each=100 ( soooo good!! eat these when you want some sugar! haha)

so im only at 190 for the day!! im not counting last night/this morning ( as in 2am haha) I kno ill be up way late tonight so i figured it would just be easier.

Also Im thinking about get some laxatives, I have been sooo constipated lately lmao... I don't want to abuse them or anything but just take one like once or twice a week to help things go down better lol I get scared taking pills so i'll never like OD on them haha. Tell me what you guys thing tho. good idea? Should I just go but some prunes? haha I crack my self up!

But Im', about to go get ready for my day of grad parties (3 altogether!) SOOO glad I kept this day as my free day ahahahahaha REALLY going to try to just eat healthy tho so i can basically binge drink tonight (as bad as that sounds lol) i want to limit myself to 1 MAYBE 2 nights of drinking heavily a week haha...college was like 3 at the least

OH and BTW I tend to be a very open person(im sure you guys can tell by now hahaha) but I did FINALLY poop after my shower! so maybe I could have weighed 169.5! o well lol. And can I ask you guys a rather personal question? how often do you uhhhhh.... poop? like when I used to eat CONSTANTLY it was a daily deal... hahaha.. and now...well not so much *SORRY FOR THE AWKWARDNESS!* But I think this may be why the weight is coming off me pretty fast. I think i'm meant to normally weigh in the high 150'd low 160's but I was eating enough for two people ahahah hence the 25 extra pounds!!

lol...ANYWAY! I started taking the Cranberry pills Frenzy recommended for the possible UTI so ill keep you updated on that lmao. man I hope I don't lose followers after this post! haha I might go in to the Doc on Monday just to be safe...and make sure it's not something worse!

hahaha well i'm off! Ill probably be back later when I think of 1000 other things I forgot to mention!!

    Normally for me every 2 days or so soppose it depends on what I've eaten etc urrmmm the lax's is a good idea if your having abit of a prob lol
    Just try and eat something rich in fibre etc
