So I was 159 this morning... which is better than I thought I would be after yesterday crazyness lol
It's funny how was counting down the days till I hit 159, and now it's considered a high weight for me.
Im also pretty sure that I accidently gave myself a natural detox/ im getting my period this week lol.
I have literally, been pooping all day. yeaa TMI whatever, if your anything like me, getting it all out is the best feeling ever.
I have my last english muffin this morning thank god haha
I love them and they are only 110 calories... but they make me want to put peanut butter on them really bad haha
I had 2 cups of coffee and an odwalla smoothie at work (220) but all pure ingredients
I had veggies and a littl pasta salad for lunch. Im pretty sure Im 157 right now, for real.
ALSO! Im planning on going up to Michigan State ( school I went to last year) for the MSU vs. UofM game not this weekend but next.
IT's REALLY good motivation, I want to be 153 sooooo bad, but If I can be 154 i'll be very happy.
I think i'm gonna just try to work out as much as possible and eat crazy healthy! (isnt that always the plan?)
hmmmmmm so a 5-6 pound drop in 12 days?? yea, definitely dooable!
and if not... tere is always starving for the few days before lol.
Umm im not sure what else to say really. All I do is work and school, then go to the library and do homeowork haha.
Hopefully something interesting will come up that I can post soon!

ReplyDeleteI used to be the same way with my period - everything I ate when straight through me, and then I would feel sick and just not eat for like 3 days. Good times. :/
And you're a good student, spendin all your time on work and school. I hope you're getting all A's!
