My Life.

Currently consists of, food, work, food, class, food, homework, food, planning my schedule, oh and did I mention food??

I weighed 157.8 this morning?!?!?! WTF.
ok, now before you all get sad and think welp, there she goes again, on her never ending teeter toter, back into the 180's... no. I have been eating food pretty late at night due to the fact that my schedule is fucked in the ass.... Therefore, Im am not drastically concerned. I know that people can fluctuate around 5 pounds with food/water etc... At least that is what Im banking on!

So also this week, consists of cleaning out all of my food due to the fact that everything is expiring, so I have been eating lots of bread, soy milk, and bagel thins... boo..

So... this morning, I decided I would eat a big breakfast, consisting of 2 pieces of low cal bread with spray butter (80 cals) and a bowl of special K with soymilk (150)
Total: 230
Then at work, coffee/hot chololate/ idegaf what else? (100?)
The after work (11:00) I had some pineapple (40??)
So basically im at 370ish... its after lunch time, im starving... I end up getting baked chips (120 ) Putting me at 490, ehh not bad... it would be sooo much easier if I could bring a lunch with me... but one, I have no room in my bag, and two, I would have to make it at 6am and I doubt it would stay cold....then Im "dying of hunger" yea... right. I guess I can blame my lack of sleep for the hunger issues? ha... pathetic. So I get a thing of trial mix (btw my only option are library vending machine at this time) Eat the whole thing, dont realize its 3.5 servings?!?! WTH?? Any ways... that totals out at a grand 490?!!?O well... at least some of it was "good" calories....

Total is now at 980.... and its not even dinner time...
then I eat a granola bar and apple.. im at like what? 1120 now??
then get home and eat a bagel thin and peanut butter (300???) = 1420.. and the roommate are making hamburger helper...
Thank the lord I talked them into buying lean turkey instead of hamburger...
but still.
I guess I can look at it as a maintaining diet... since technically maintaining for me is supposedly 1600-2466 a day?!?! yea.. can you say big difference? I need a professional to tell me haha

ANYWAY I miss you all a lot!
I really wish I had more time to be on blogger right now :(
I have sooo many things such as volunteer work and alternative winter break and Student occupational therapy association... etc. that i've been getting together for me that i'm just so scatter brained its rediculous.

I think im gonna work out tonight, if not, tomorrow.

  1. I'm sure that once you get used to being at school and everything, you will be able to sort out your eating pattern better.
