I messed up and had two fiberone bars pop tart like things over my limit which is near 400, but I did walk a few miles on campus. Ill be sure to work out extra tomorrow.
Im like exactly 1 pound up from this morning and I REALLY want to go lower so NO MORE FOD even thorugh im freakin hungry.
i mean no im not. pshhhh food is for weak fat people :)
