Morning girls!

I woke up at 5:30.. on the day I can sleep in till 7:45 of course lol.
O well.
Im sooo nervous to step on the scale! I think it will be less than yesterday for sure... but the day before... idk... for some reason I just do not think so.

Im watching CMT... Taylor swift's videos inspire me so much... I mean they do make me miss Brad or become depressed that I'll never find a guy lol... but they make me happy too.

I legit feel smaller today.
The laxies never really kicked in... I know that when you sleep with them they are supposed to work gently... but whatever.

Going to the gym again! I can feel the muscles in my legs again. well.. they are sore at least haha.
I really like doing this elliptical type machine.... I put the elevation all the way up and it burns the quads sooo bad!

I may do some exercise before I leave this morning.... we turned the heat off last night and its sooo cold... but they either put it up crazyyy high... or turn it off lol.

Kelli was chillin with wet hair in a tank top and was saying she was cold... I was in jeans and a sweater and was burning up and they told me to take my sweater off... ok dude... it's winter and we should not have to pay 500 bucks for our heat...

ANYway. food plan today.

1 bowl of fruit... maybe two.
since Im planning on working out so much more i'm not worried about the fruit lol. 100 per bowl? idek.

lunch: chef salad... dressing? maybe... 200?

dinner: raw veggies with little cup of dip: 100? + veggie cals? 200ish??
granola bar? 90

that's like 600ish...
I'll pprob eat a little more... but as long as I work out tonight and I net under 500 i'll be happy.
I hate not knowing the calories on fruits and veggies... I may not count those... and then make a 300 net limit? we'll see... i'm techincially supposed to me on skinny girl diet still.... kinda fucked that one up lol.

Ill take it.
that's 1.2 down from yesterday and .4 down from Monday.
Im hoping for 163 tomorrow and 162 Friday.
I won't mind seeing my friends on Saturday if im 163 or less... that was like my happy college weight last year so I'll survive lol.
although 161 on Saturday morning would be amazingggggggg :)
 I think i'll make that my goal.

so like 3 pounds on saturday? idk...
I'll aim for 161.8.
so 2.6 pounds in 3 days. possible... hard but I just cant fuck up.
I want to be in the 150's by the end of next week.
now that I have my workout motivation back.

I decided that anytime my weight is lower than the day before I'll post a scale pic.
so say tomorrow, if I go up, there will be no scale pic....then no scale until it is less than the previous scale pic.
this will be fun :)

    ahhh taylor swift is so skinny. with her little toothpick arms. soo jealous. anyway, i know what you mean about fruit/veggie cals. i just kinda decide that theyre healthy and screw the cal counts. or just guesstimate. anyway, good luck today!!!!!

    Yeah winter is sweater-time. There's no need for the heat to be set on 90 degrees.

  3. Oooh for the cals in fruit I just look it up on a calorie counter! I know it's not precise but you see about how much it is.

  5. Taylor Swift, omg she's so thin. My fiance says he doesn't like really really skinny girl and yet his celeb crush is Taylor. So yeah.
