I am so excited though... I thought for sure I was going to be up.
Intake so far: special K and milk: 150
Im working at 2... and slept through class, again... this really needs to stop :/
So plan for the day!
2-5:30- work
5:40- dinner? hmmmm veggies and MAYBE a piece of fruit.... I really should find some carbs and protein tho... egg whites maybe? IT sucks that my dinner has to be at a college caf lol.
6:20ish- run at the rec
7:30-swim practice
9:40-homework till I dieee.... for real this time.
Food:
1000 max (hopefully less)
but I'll prob burn around 1000 from swimming and running, so we will see.
I'm thinking 80 cal yogurt before work, that way I will have no excuse to eat :P
While at work... 90 cal special K bar
after work: veggies and fruit and stuff... 250 max
after run: protein bar (odwalla): 210
after swim?? Something at home... maybe a can of tuna or somethin...
So total: prob around 1000...
I have decided that whenever I want to eat, something that isn't either in the plan. or super unhealthy, Im just going to open my notebook and start listing reasons as to why I shouldn't eat... should be pretty simple right?
I realllly need to see 168 low tomorrow, if not 167...Carey comes up on Friday, and Im doing( i think) a 4 mile run with suzanne that mornin.,.. so I want to be 166.? on friday. I think it's def possible.
ALSO I have sooo many upcoming events that wil def require me to be smaller.
National Meet in Arizona: April 27th Goal: 163 or less. 163 is THE max I will be...I am really hoping to see 159 on that scale again... I found the pic I took of the scale when I hit 159.8...that felt amazing haha.
California??? May be going to cali after Nationals...So after swimming my ass of for 3 days straight... I would just love to be in the 50's...
July 14th: my 20th birthday... I have always had the goal to hit 135 my then... Im not really sure if I can get that low... my muscle mass has always been pretty high and that's why my weight is a little higher than I look... BUT serisouly... If I can get back down to 154.2( low in september) or lower I will be estatic... OR fitting into those amazing size 5 hollister jeans I bought lol :)
I think 145 could be a good goal for my Bday :)
Im wearing these size 10 abercrombie and fitch jeans... I know I def shrunk then in the dryer last time I washed them lol but still they should be falling off :/ well... maybe not. My 8's from AE fit perfect at 163 so I guess being a 10 would make since :/...
Also.. I think I grew another inch? Is that possible... ? That would make me 5'10''? eww...
ummm yea... sorry if this blog is getting so boring :/ I know this summer I will def be more inspired again lol..
I miss my fam... they are in Panama city right now for sis's SB. In 2009 I was 155ish there... actually.. maybe a little bit more.
I would be down to look like that again... it bums me out knowing that I was less than that only like 6 months back... o well, can't dwell on the past right?! haha
So in May last year when I went to Myrtle Beach (basically the trip that caused me to make this blog) I was 181 when I got back... so If by chance I do hit 151 by the end of may, then that makes me 30 pounds less than a year ago :) I think that's a great goal :) even if I hit 156... 25 pounds from a year ago would still make me happy :)
Alright... I'm going to stop blabbering about goals... Ill post/comment later.

I wouldn't be too upset about your weight gain. Especially because you're doing so well now. Everyone gains weight during the holidays from all the food, alcohol, and lack of exercise. I gained 15 lbs myself. I find that weight comes off quickly once swim season starts.

and just keep thinking, you will look THAT hot! in just 10lbs.. you always look hot though your just made that way :P
aaand then it's just a breeze from there, because you'll just get hotter and hotter even though you don't really need to because 155lbs look super fucking fiiiine on you!
