Highs and Lows.

So this morning I was 169.8 it feels soo amazing to not see that 170 mark anymore...
I wanted to eat sooo bad last night but just kept chewing gum.

It's3:53pm and I have ate wayyy to much to even talk about... not really a binge... just chocolate and rice crispy treats randomly at work... opps :/

However, I am taking a nap, then tanning, then going for a run... hopeing to get at least 2 miles if not 3 in.  Then swim practice.

I really need to go the the library but Im scared that if I do I'll eat... because that is just an inevitable thing for me.

But I'm thinking of eating this tuna pack I have (210 cals) after my run/before swim... then come home... eat my green pepper and some wheat thins... and hopefully call it a night on the food :P oh and I have a banana i want to eat too

So Im thinking that I should burn about 700-900 cals.. Im praying that I will still be 169. tomorrow....I want ot go on a run tomorrow morning before class at 11... however, if I'm over 169.8 then I will be going 3 miles minimum :P

OK! love you girls... I'll keep this updated on my progress :)

  1. Yay! I hope you stay below 170, but in any case, you have been working out hardcore, so I'm sure you're more toned now than before. Have a good run tomorrow!

  2. Keep little snacks with you all the time--that's what I do and it stops me from eating junk throughout the day. I'm addicted to beef jerky. Hardly any carbs! :D
