I'm debating on eating a little more... I'm going to run 3 miles at 3pm, then lift... also I'm swimming at 7:30 tonight as well...
I bought these dried fruit packs at target ($2.99 each YIKES) but only 90 calories... never going to buy them again even though they are amazing haha.
I def need to cut down on my sugar intake... even though mostly all of it is from fruit and what not...

Just got back from my run, we did 5K on the track and my time was 31:31 which is awesome for me :) Last time I did the same distance I think about a week ago, on the treadmill was 32:54 so I am veryyy excited :)
Im eating 80 cals of yogurt now so total intake is at: 475
The 5K itself burned 422 (supposedly lol) and we did some ab work as well. So I know im in the negatives! whoo hoo.
Swimming at 7:30, I really wish I could get an accurate estimate on calories burned but that is near impossible :P I usually just say 500 since It's prob even more than that :P
So I think I'll eat toast: 70 and hmmm maybe the pepper? : 33
Im trying this thing where I don't eat friut after 3.. it's a sugar thing, since you burn it of throughout the day... hmm we will see.
