Si yesterday was great until I went to watch the wings game and we all bought ice cream and I made chicken nuggets...
however today will be better... I just went to the tanner and now I'm eating greek yogurt (100) and then some tuna (190)
working 2:30-5:00 (or is it 5:30?)
Then doing a swim practice in a lake lol
Ill eat a little at work... i'm thinking some salad and an odwalla.... maybe an odwalla protein before my swim.
Did not hop on the scale today, but will start keeping track everyday that I'm home starting tomorrow.
I am also thinking of starting the Master Cleanse next week...may even include the salt water flush on a Friday where I don't work and Carey isn't up here.

The wedding is on June 4th and I really want to lose 10 pounds before I meet all those people... I think we all know that the smaller we are the more confident we are as well. 163 is my goal... Im saying that my high weight is 176 :/ well... I hit 186 like a year and a half ago... but i mean as of now. when I hit 170 I will be pretty excited... and then every 5 pound interval after that!
If the next few day go well with eating and exercise then I may save the master cleanse for later... but I really need to be 163 to go to this wedding...
Oh and I'm going to Carey's tomorrow and then he's coming up here until I'm assuming Mondayish? And I lovee when he is up here, but the problem is that I never work out... we usually buy pizza and we drink... so I'm going to have to find a way to be strong and maybe even just wake up before he does and hit the gym?
gahhh i really need to get my leg checked out.. this is not normal :/
