Food today:
90 cal special K bar
120 cal fiber bar
can of green beans: 70ish
a few almonds: no idea lol
total: 280 + almonds.
I may have a few more almonds... we'll see.
I think me and a couple of my roommates are going shopping tonight. Here's my list so far:
soy milk
greek yogurt
apples
oranges
green beans
soup
rice cakes
i'll keep adding.
well my roommates phone just rang, looks like we aren't going shopping. o well :P ahaha
I'm hoping for 177.? tomorrow.. I'm also debating on taking laxatives because i'm like super constipated...
we'll see.
I'm slowly getting used to this starvation diet... well, not slowly.. I just kind of am.
Once I break either 175 or the 170's I'll prob up my calories slowly so that i'm still losing weight but to where it's a bit more healthy... idk. we'll see.
Ijust can't wait to be in the 160's again... haha I know I just said that abotu the 170's... but 163 is like my number.
when I hit that I look good and my size 8 American eagle jeans fit great :)
I still haven't decided on a nultimate goal weight.
I just want to get to 148.8 and then go from there really.
Is my blog getting boring? I need to find something to spice it up.
oh i did change the layout... obviously.. it's a work in progress but we'll see...
