I ate a shit ton of almonds and a special K bar before bed... not sure what I was thinking...
I really need to lay off the ganja... lol
anywaysss. On a more disgusting note... I didn't poop at all yesterday... and barely at all this morning, even after taking laxatives last night.
Which kinda sucks... because that means work is going to be full of bathroom trips... but at least I know that if I do good today I should be at my recent low tomorrow morn.
But I have that sick feeling that comes with taking laxies and it really sucks...but it's kinda whatevre since I'm used to it lol
FOOD today....
I know I should eat right not to kick start my metabolism but that's not gonna happen
10:30- fruit bowl, couple scoops of cottage cheese, hard boiled egg cut up
2:30- we'll see what's on the menu at work... most likely veggies and more cottage cheese
walnuts in there some where
and then... who knows the rest of the day... just keep it as low as possible.
