Sorry I've been gone everyone, just not too much to say.
My eating has been pretty good, although I have cheated a couple times...
this morning I ate a biscuit at breakfast... and I kind of freaked out.. but I was craving hard core carbs and I knew if I didn't feed the craving that it would turn into a horrible binge...and since I've been absent from my binge/purge/mia? problem for a while... except once while drunk haah... I just atet he biscuit... that I watched about 400 normal people buy from the caf today as I checked them out...
SO food:
yogurt@ 645am: 80cal
scrambled eggs @10:30am?
biscuit @10:30am?
small bowl of fruit@ 10:30am
and just went to the dr finally, and I do have a UTI THANK GOD... I was so scared they were going to say it was something worse
but then I ate some walnuts with my medicine.
Im trying not to stress about food... but it's so hard not to.
one of my work friends got a super cute pair of jeans... I was like what size are those a 2?! they were a 1... -_- although she said they were a 3 or a 1 but thought they were a 1... I really think they were a 3 tho.. .why does this matter? it doesn't haha...
anyway.. I've decided that since im basically maintaining.. which is good, in a way. I've kept the 11 pounds off, so I'm proud of that, since sometimes after basically starving and losing weight fast you gain it right back...i've decided that I need to start working out.
I'll prob start as soon as this UTI is over and as soon as my rec center student membership turns on!
I set a goal to be 175.8 by this weekend for Chicago... but we will see!
My original goal for the end of August was 179... and I've past that so I have to at least find happiness in that.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you've been doing really well! Just try not to cheat, for yourself and for us, and you'll get to that goal weight. I'm really proud of you for keeping those 11lbs off, sweetie. <3
ReplyDelete11 pounds and keeping it off is great!!! I had lost 11 pounds and then over the weekend I gained and now i am losing again. we just have to keep going and stay motivated! and cheat as little as possible. when i am craving carbs i make myself some popcorn :-) i like to make the kind on the stove top because it is healthier. stay strong!! i will be following you know!!

congrats on keeping 11 off! losing weight is simple but maintaining it is very difficult. it all depends on how you lose it. i need to start working out again too... waahhhh lol
ReplyDeleteoh! and congrats on not bingeing and purging for so long, THAT is an awesome achievement :) i'm on day 5 of no bingeing/purging, after going three straight weeks doing nothing but that :p it's so hard to get out of.
but we can do it, cuz we just did it :D
