anyone ever have a UTI?
I'm about 99.9% sure that's what I have... and it really sucks...
I'm also extremely constipated... so that sucks too.
haha But I've promised no more laxatives so I'm just gonna have to suck it up.
Anyway... today I weighted in the 176.? again so I'm hoping for 175 in the next couple days.
Also, my roommate is turning 21 on 9/2 and I would LOVE to be in the 160's by that...
especially since when I drink lately I feel huge and cry ha...
12 days to lose 7 pounds? ehhh. it's do able... but we will see.
Food today:
special k/skim milk
little bit of cottage cheese
35 cal slice of bread with 2 pieces of turkey
10 cal jello.
I ate all that^ during a movie.... fuck being hung over... at least it was all decently healthy.
then I napped, had an 880 cal yogurt... now i'm eating 90 cal soup and this 150 cal cheese cracker wheat thing...
My new goals are to eat when i'm hungry... but only healthy foods.
I know I'll continue to drop... then once I plateau, although I kind of am now... but I blame all the alcohol lol... then I'll drastically drop calories again.
I'm also debating on starting to work out again... I know if I can start running this weight will drop ASAP but my ankle/shin was so messed up and it still bothers me... so swimming and biking are looking more desirable haha.
well off to drink shit tons of water!

if you have a UTI it starts off ehh. then gets SUPER FUCKING BAD, I'd suggest using this as a weight loss opportunity and doing a cranberry juice fast. Bye bye fat, bye bye UTI!
