today was iffy

I think I was 178.4 or 178.6 this morn.
right now i'm 179.2 and it's 9pm
we'll see if I lose in the morn...
as long as I can keep below 178.8 (10 pounds lost) in the morn i'll be fine.

Todays food:
walnuts
blueberries
cottage cheese

blueberries and a few pieces of melon
homemade totellini soup

Eel roll, sushi

a few almonds.

so it was a pretty good day... def good health wise... but I still just feel like I  ate a lot.

sorry this is a super boring post... I need to go to bed.
crossing my fingers that I'm 178 or less in the morn... I really want to lose again...

  1. you'll do great! Especially since you ate such healthy things today. Lots of fiber and protein. I think you'll make it!

  2. Wow, 10 pounds in 2 weeks! You're reminding me that weight loss is, in fact, still possible :P Do you have a general idea how many calories a day you've been eating?

  3. So...I'm the worst blogger twin ever. I'm horrible at commenting. BUT I must tell you a few things. I've still been reading all of your posts, and I'm so dang happy for you! I mean, sorry you gained the weight back, but you seem to be back on track and you're losing so quickly! You're still gorgeous btw....I may or may not have fb creeped you a few times :) haha and speaking of fb creeping your pics, Carey.....ummm gorgeous!! You did very well girl, very well indeed. Haha does he have a twin brother by chance? ;) also, thanks for commenting on my posts. I read them and they make me oh so happy. And finally, staying true to our twin-ness, I'm having homemade tortellini soup tonight. Hahaha anyway, good job, i love you, and if you need any support (or just wanna catch up cause it's been eras since we talked last!) you know where you find me!

    we are all going through the same here, but your goals are so real! I also want to loose a lot of pounds. Before Sept 25th if I can, but anyway I just wanted to let u know what a big inspiration u are for me :)

    You are eating very well! try some pills to suppress appetite if you feel youre eating too much. it helps!
