20 pounds down :)

I just worked out, came home, stepped on both scales 2934 times. My scale reads 168.8 roommates says 169.8. I know her scale is 1 up from the doctors mine is usually right on (once it settles down and I figure out how to balance on it right lol). 20 pounds lost since August 1st 2011 :)

Words can't describe how great this feels. 14 more pounds and I'll be at my low that I reached 9/2010. Then my size 7 pants will fit, possibly the 5's. I'll feel so much more confident.

4.11 miles in 52ish minutes, supposedly burned 507 calories, not sure if I believe that but I'll take it :)

Swimming tomorrow morning.

  1. Holy crap! Hurrah!! I need 11 more lb to be 20 down, but I haven't REALLY lost any weight all year. October will be my month, I can feel it :) Congratulations.
