Jeans.

i am on caffeine overload right now. lol still.
I had two cups of coffee yesterday at starbucks and have been feeling crazy ever since. I think it had to do with the fact that I didn't eat much.

3 tablespoons of light and fit yogurt
apple
omelet ( 2eggs, 1 mushroom, 1 piece of turkey)
small piece of grilled chicken (naked tenders from bdubs)
worked out: burned 500 calories
another grilled tender
can of green beans low sodium
3 cups of hot tea.

For those of you who haven't tried buffalo wild wings's naked tenders, they are amazing. Basically they are just small pieces of grilled chicken. amazing. when we went the other night, I got the 4 piece and subbed a salad instead of the fries. Then I decided to only eat two and save the other two for yesterday. I'm looking up nutrition info right now....HA they are only 43 calories each :) and the salad sucked so basically i prob ate about 150 for that whole dinner. #winning. im so gay...

So since i'm still on caffeine overload I woke up at 6 this morn after falling asleep at 3am... basically fell like im having a manic mood swing or panic attack... so I took a xanax my friend gave me and now i'm feeling a bit better. but still tired and unable to fall back asleep.

I decided since i'm up to try on my jeans. The pants that I brought from home 2 and a half weeks ago are huge now. And the pair that I could button now fits :) Also my size 10 abercrombie jeans fit again.. which is nice, but still... a size 10 still sounds huge to me. My American eagle 8's are still too small... but I knew that from past experience they won't fit until I'm 163 lol. My seven jeans are a 29in waist which I guess is like a 9? forever 21 size 29 (those translate to an 8 there I guess?) fit but are still a bit snug... It's time to say goodbye to my hollister 11's, it's a bittersweet moment but they are drowning me. So my goal right now is to wear my pants I fit into and hope that they will soon be falling off so I can officially be a size 8 again haha.

Weight this morning: unknown as of now, roommate in shower/too lazy to get up...
going to swim in a couple hours tho so I guess I should get motivated

  1. Great news on the jeans and the weight loss looks fab! Don't you just love that feeling when they do up! wish I had the confidence to go swim :( its soppose to be the best exercise! maybe soon lol :)
