I'm past that half way point for my goal weight... well, what I say is my goal weight for the new year.
I'm so so sore. Class was out 2 hours early today since we had an exam that only took an hour. So of course instead of taking this as an opportunity to do all the homework I have, I went to the gym for an hour and a half. I ran a mile, well more so jogged, but isn't that what we all do anyways haha... then abs, 10 minutes of rowing, got 2000 yards in, said 110 cals. then hopped on the elliptical for 30 min and got 2.25? it may have been more.. i don't remember, 275 calories tho...
food today:
half an apple. (80?)
some scrambled eggs from work(200?)
assorted pineapple, strawberries and melon. (150?)
peach(50)
3 pieces of turkey and some lettuce on an 80 cal wheat wrap. (160?)
clif bar(240 boo)
2 eggs mixed with half a sautéed green pepper and an onion. (200ishhh)
total:
so it was a decent day... I don't think I went over the 1500 max... especially with working out...I hate not knowing the exact calories.
I'm so tired...

I miss your 20 lb milestone :( I am so happy for you and proud. At least one of us doing well and reaching our goals..Thanks so much for your advice and support on my last posts, it means the world to me. Hope all is well. I hope that I will be back soon..
