Ate decent calorie wise... the food wasn't that great though.
Today I haven eaten:
cherrios and milk.
Oatmeal with cinnamon.
I'm going to try to keep it at that for a while.
Soup before swim practice tonight... then maybe an orange after? I'll probably burn about 1000 at the pool. so today will be successful.
I'm adding new goal events to my list.
I want to be 158 by March 4th: spring break trip to tennesse with my bf.
and 154 by April 11: 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend.
I'm also debating on doing the special K diet. We'll see.
